Plans & billing

Finvot has three plans: Free to try everything, Essential to log without limits, and Pro to have it all unlimited.

Every plan includes every feature: automatic logging through all sources, AI classification, budgets, AI chat, and monthly email reports. The difference is in the usage limits.

In short: Essential is for anyone who uses Finvot daily and outgrew the 50 transactions. Pro is for anyone who wants AI and every source with no ceiling.

Always current

The source of truth is the plan comparison screen inside the app (Profile → your plan) — prices and limits in this table may change over time.

Hit the Free plan's limit?

Your new transactions aren't lost: they're held under Profile → Management → Pending transactions. When you upgrade, you reprocess them all and they appear in your history.

How to pay

  • From the app (iOS or Android): the subscription is handled by your App Store / Google Play account and its payment methods.
  • From the web: card payment.

Promo codes

If you have a promo code, redeem it in the app and it adds extra benefits on top of your plan (additional transactions, categories, or accounts, depending on the code).

One redemption only

Each user can redeem one promo code in the lifetime of their account — choose wisely. Codes can also have expiration dates or limited slots.

Change or cancel your plan

  • Upgrading: from the app or the web, the change applies immediately.
  • Canceling: if you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel from your store's subscription settings; if through the web, from your profile. You keep the benefits until the end of the paid period.
  • Downgrading never touches your data: transactions, accounts, and categories are all preserved. You just return to the smaller plan's limits.
